Picture(s) A Day – 29 January 2009

Frequent commenter Kath and several others have asked about my living arrangement update situation and I finally have some news – I put a deposit on an apartment tonight It’s an upstairs apartment, 626 square feet, one bedroom, and it has both a full size washer and dryer as well as a wood burning fireplace

Yep, the whole place is gated with only one entrance gate and two exit gates. Happily I’m not too close to any of them.

OK, my view might be a little different, but not too much. I’m alright with that as it means that I won’t hear the people at the pool as much. The grounds are very nice, though. Green grass, pathways, and HUGE aspen trees. There’s also a fitness center, two pools, and a couple of nice covered barbecues as well.

The walk in closet is HUGE which is a really good thing

I think I’m going to like living here. It’s close to just about everything including a Cost Plus World Market, Wal-Mart, and work I’ll have enough space so that I don’t feel closed in, and it faces east so I won’t have the afternoon summer sun shining in the window and sliding glass door. I also like that it’s on the second floor which means it’s a bit more secure as there’s no easy access to the window or glass door.
