Utah Vacation Saga Post Nine – The Trip Back HomeIt’s taken a while, but I’ve finally gotten up the energy and gumption to finish the series of posts from my Utah vacation last month I had an absolutely awesome time up there and I have to say that I really didn’t want to come back. Yes, Vegas has the bright lights, great food, and awesome entertainment. Utah has good people, incredible scenery, and a more simple lifestyle. Still, Las Vegas also has my job and the medical and dental benefits that come with it so I’m not about to move right now but I wouldn’t mind visiting more often I’d never seen a gas pump with four octane choices before, but it seemed to work just fine. Yes, it’s a little bit more expensive up there. I made sure to top off the tank before heading back down to Vegas. Yes, there’s gas stations along the way, but it’s much better to be safe than sorry with that I include myself when I say that lots of soft people today have no idea what real, true hardship is. These people knew it and my hat’s off to them. I just thought this was a nice view of the area while coming down the hill My last touristy stop in Utah was at Fremont Indian State Park where I hoped to see some pictographs and the park didn’t disappoint So that’s pretty much it for the trip back down to Vegas. I hope y’all have enjoyed the pics from the trip. I had an absolute BLAST and I hope to go back sooner rather than later 2 comments to Utah Vacation Saga Post Nine – The Trip Back Home |

I don’t understand about the gas — I’ve never seen 4 kinds before.
The panorama pictures really came out great! What, you didn’t want to catch that lizard and bring it home?? Ick.
Kath, I don’t know why they did the four kinds of gas either. I’m just glad the HHR ran OK on the cheap stuff
Around here the lowest octane rating we have is 87.
Glad you liked the panoramas
I didn’t catch the lizard because I didn’t have a way to keep him safe on the way home, I didn’t have a place to keep him here at home, he’s in a State Park in Utah, and he’s probably pretty happy where he is
