It is a necessary thing, Kath. Colon Cancer is what took my Dad at 59. I am 56.

I had Kentucky Fried Chicken, with cole slaw & mashed with gravy after my last one. Since I won’t have anyone to run for me this time, I’m going to stock up on Boston Market meat loaf frozen dinners. 8-)
