Picture(s) A Day – 30 April 2009I felt like going for a short drive after work today. I had to go pick up some more food for Ziva, but why not stop by the airport on the way, right ![]() 30 April 2009 - Star Spangled Cessna 150 West Air Aviation owns this star spangled Cessna 150 and it’s the cheapest to rent at somewhere around $60 per hour. Still, figure you need about 40 hours of flight time for your pilot’s license and you’ll probably want something a bit bigger that runs about $120 per hour. Plus instructor. And ground school. I still like it These aircraft belong to Vision Air and are used for sightseeing flights down to the Grand Canyon. No, I wouldn’t mind one of those if it were free This snake is the store’s pet and not for sale. Sixty years old and still going strong Yes, he can see me both visually and by sensing my body heat. And yes, the eyes were moving to track me as I moved. No, I don’t want to keep these guys. I don’t have the money or the space and I sure don’t want to try to do so in an apartment Again, you never really know what you’ll find when you’re out and about Have fun everyone and thanks for stopping by 2 comments to Picture(s) A Day – 30 April 2009 |

When I was old enough to pay attention to how cool motorcycles were, all I knew were the names you always heard.
It wasn’t until later I found out about Indian motorcycles and ever since I’ve always thought they were major cool. This one may be a bit overdone, but it’s verrrrry nice.
I learned about ‘em at car shows I went to with my brother back when I was little. You should have seen the guy who rode up on this – he looked like he was made to fit the image of the bike
