NEW YORK — For the second time in a year, a man who lives in downtown Manhattan’s trendy SoHo district has discovered a roommate dead in the same bedroom.

Me, I’d have moved after finding the first person dead in my apartment . That alone would keep this from happening to me. Barring that possibility, finding a second person dead in the same bedroom would be a dealbreaker and I’d be gone so fast it would make your head spin.
