Tragedy in the U.K. – Pilot Lost in WWII Hawker Hurricane Mishap

F-16.net – A tragic day, and a tribute.

Going through the forum over on F-16.net, I happened upon the thread I’m writing about here. I had read about the loss of a pilot in a Hawker Hurricane at an airshow over the weekend and was going to write a post, but was waiting for more details. Andy Evans is one of the members of the F-16.net forum and was at the airshow when the accident occurred. His account of that day and photo memorial can be seen in the thread I linked to at the top of this post.
