Yep, I’m actually blogging about work

For those that don’t know, I’m in Tier 2 of data repair for a major CLEC. I troubleshoot T1, DSL, VOIP, PRIs, trunk groups, and a few other things. Most of the time, my trouble tickets deal with major big time customers or technical issues that are too advanced for Tier 1 - the front line guys.

We had a bit of a meeting today about procedures, morale, products, and all sorts of other stuff. We rarely have meetings because it’s rather important that we all be on the floor, but it was rather nice to get together and air it all out
