Whatever you do, don’t take my dad to a museum and if you do, bring handcuffs !

I can’t count the number of times we nearly got into trouble, not that it wasn’t all cool and fun, but still nearly trouble all the same. You see, Dad has this problem that he has to touch just about everything.

One time at the San Diego Aerospace Museum, Dad decided to show me how a radial engine worked, how an old-time gas pump worked (the type with the glass tank on top), and how the flight controls of the replica Spirit of St. Louis work !

Fast forward to the Smithsonian and an exhibition of Austrian weaponry and Dad almost touched a hole in a 500+ year old shield when the alarm sounded. Yeah, we actually had fun discussing firearms with the armed guards

Those are the ones I can think of off the top of my head at the moment, but I just had to share ‘em

I really do love Dad, I just know I have to keep my eyes on his hands !
