I received an email asking for more information about the 90% aluminum Spitfire I blogged about yesterday - see “Flatpack Fighter: Build Your Own Spitfire Plane from a $263,000 Kit - Gizmodo” for the original post. It seems not only was someone reading my blog, but they actually took time to respond! Thank you!
The gentleman in question wanted to know who makes the kit. I suddenly realized that the article I blogged about didn’t say. A bit of searching on Google and I found the manufacturer:

Lots of great stuff on that site - specs, pictures, etc. along with good info for builders. It looks like the manufacturers don’t call it the Flat Pack Fighter, instead it’s the Mk. 26. I don’t really care what they call it, it’s still gorgeous in my book!
