And we made Chokecherry wine almost every year. And when I retired out and went back to Havre, we did the wine again. In fact it was better than store bought. First thing is to buy a ceramic crock of sufficient capacity. Plastic just doesn't cut it. It tends to mess with the flavour. When I was a youngster, my Dad made some beer on occasion.
