I got this shot as I was walking out to my car and noticed the texture in these clouds.  I think it’s pretty cool to see them layered like that

Meanwhile, over to the west, it was pretty featureless in the sky.  This is what reminds me of the old song “Hazy Shade of Winter.”  It’s not dark enough to be threatening and there’s not enough texture to be all that interesting, but still it’s just gray and definitely not summer.

I’m just hoping for some snow
