Jeremiah Weed

So just what is Jeremiah Weed you ask? The short answer is that “Weed” as it’s known is very sweet 100 proof bourbon liqueur. Read the rest of the story after the jump.

Jeremiah is wildly popular with U.S. Air Force pilots. It’s been compared to diesel fuel, jet fuel, and “Lysol and alcohol with a touch of gasoline” by Dos Gringos in their song, “Jeremiah Weed”. A word of warning – strong language in that song. Still one of my favorites .

Jeremiah Weed is much better tasting than jet fuel and that’s the voice of experience ! It is best served straight out of the freezer, sometimes over ice. I’d have to say that it’s almost overly sweet and I really do like the stuff. Some say that this is proof that I ain’t normal. I ask why it took ‘em so long to notice!
