I heard this one on the radio as I was flipping through stations this morning and had trouble driving because I was laughing so hard I just had to share it with y’all, so I did a quick Google search and found tons of results. The sort of official watering hole for all at Edwards AFB. The Missus made a cake just for Rod. It blew him away. He was constantly thanking her. A good time had by all. We shall miss Rod but know [...] It’s been a helluva couple of weeks. Saturday was my first day off after 12 straight days at work. Now, I know it’s nothing compared to what the men and women in the U.S. Armed Forces do on a regular basis but I’m still not used to it. So what have I been doing in [...] Today’s been a recovery day mostly. About the only thing I did most of the day was to go to Borders for the third Harry Potter book before going to Sonic for some brunch. After that it was back home for more rest and recovery. I watched a movie and took a nap and that [...] I have a confession to make. I don’t know if it’s due to having been keel-hauled by Captain Morgan a few times too many over the years or if it’s just because of the accumulation of imaginary stamps for my trips around the sun, but I just can’t drink straight hard alcohol like I used [...] There’s been lots of serious stuff on this blog lately, especially today. So it’s time to lighten it up This is another one of my all time favorite Buffett songs.
