Well, I’d planned to wake up this morning rather late before working on the blog and going for a short ride. But then plans have a way of changing. I still got out for a ride and got this picture which I think is one of the best in recent memory Tomorrow will be back [...]  Riding in the wet can be fun Seriously, I don’t know why I get so many confused looks when I say this, but it’s true for me. I like riding when it’s raining or drizzling. We get so much dry sunshine and clear skies here in Vegas that a wet day is a nice change [...] You really never know what you’ll see out in Red Rock Canyon These Ferraris are part of a rental program where people can see what it’s like to drive one without having a mortgage payment for a California mansion. It looks like fun, but I don’t think I’ll spend $300+ for a few hours in [...] With Thanksgiving fast approaching, Cindy and I were talking and the subject of yours truly possibly traveling to Price, UT to spend the holiday with her and her family came up. As it turned out, with only a few days remaining we made the decision and I was going to head north. We had to [...] OK, last catch-up post before I go out for a ride I’d thought about going from Kristen’s place down to San Diego to spend Saturday night with other friends, but the forecast was for a very cold storm to come through southern California. I’d been cold enough on the trip down and lacking warm and [...] I said I’d try to catch up on posts and here’s proof! I’ve got about ten more that have pics uploaded and just need to be written, but I’m going to take a break soon to go for a Christmas ride I’ve known Kristen for quite a few years now and I met her fiance [...] Long time readers will likely remember that I actually have a small interest in firearms even if I’ve neglected it for quite a while One problem I’ve had with guns and shooting this year was that I really don’t like taking the car. Sorry, but the motorcycle drug is in my blood Carrying [...] It’s Christmas Eve and I’ve been working on getting a whole bunch of photos edited and ready for uploading.
