Another afternoon, another trip through Red Rock Canyon’s scenic loop The Bureau of Land Management charges $7 per car or $3 per motorcycle/bicycle/pedestrian to access the scenic loop. It’s been how long since I posted something here ? Life’s been a bit busy and tiring as usual, but I wanted to finally get a couple of posts published for a change The Road Runners Internationale are a special group of people. I guess that’s just life, but I wish I had some more time and a bit more energy. In any case, I’ve got two more posts nearly ready to go after this one [...] Today the air races in Reno, NV saw a terrible tragedy. Jimmy Leeward lost control of the P-51 known as “Galloping Ghost” while competing in a qualifying race. The plane crashed into the front row of box seats and many spectators were injured and killed along with Mr. Leeward. Videos of the crash and the [...] Yes, I’ve gotten a bit of energy today if you hadn’t already noticed I don’t know what happened, but I’m sure as heck not gonna complain about it I got out of work today and figured I’d just go for a short ride out to the Red Rock Canyon Overlook which is only [...] I didn’t have any big plans for this weekend. All I wanted to do was to de-stress after another long week at work. Of course a motorcycle ride was in order, but where to go and what to do? Dinner at the Hard Rock sounded good On the way down, I noticed how cool the [...] Last week wasn’t the worst, but I’ve had better. I woke up Wednesday with a nasty attitude, my shoulder hurt for no reason, and I was tired as hell I wasn’t in the right frame of mind and wouldn’t be 100% up to the task of riding safely that morning so I took the [...] The posting from the weekend’s rides continues I got more pics from Sunday’s ride than from Saturday’s and did a few more miles, too Sunday was a bit more of an adventure due to the route I took. I’m perfectly fine on surface streets and two lane highways, but I’m not really that experienced [...] It’s a sad admission, but this is the only decent picture I got during about 160 miles of riding on Saturday.
