Safety concerns over new EAS carrier at Havre MT

The EAS service is also to Lewistown, Glasgow, Wolf Point, Miles City, Glendive and Sidney. These used to be Frontier towns. The real Frontier not the new one. And Big Sky went under. I was goofing off this past weekend and bingo, I came across this. For old Seventh Fleet-West Pac guys this was sort of Heaven and a Bacchic type place!
