Blogging – it’s been a while, hasn’t it? Sorry for that, but work this past week was anything but relaxing or invigorating. We had a few outages which meant I was busier than a bartender in Vegas on New Years Eve. After work I just want to go home, decompress, and get some sleep. OK, [...] I recently had a chance to get a bit of hands-on time with a rare new piece of equipment. The 45 Osprey is a fairly new offering from Silencerco and not too many people have ‘em yet. Lucky for me, I’ve got friends in the business Before we go any further, let’s go over just [...] Work was not fun this week. Yeah, yeah, I can already hear you saying that it wouldn’t be called work if it were fun, but it still wasn’t. Putting in about 35 hours of overtime last month and another extra 8 hours last Saturday has gotten me rather farther along the path to burnout than [...] I’d call today a good day The weather was gorgeous, the bank account has been newly refreshed, and work went better than usual 8) I even got a few decent pictures The first couple of pics today are just basically local shots as I was out and about during my 30 minute lunch. United States aircraft are exceedingly rare which makes this T-2 Buckeye a bit of a prize. For many years, the Buckeye was the U.S. Navy’s primary jet trainer and served as [...] |

Flankers For Sale in the USA!!!
So I got this email today from occasional commenter Jason C about a couple of aircraft which are being offered for sale here in the U.S. I’d heard about them, but hadn’t seen the new pics and video. What you see before you is the mighty Sukhoi SU-27 Flanker This jet is a fire [...]
