I knew when I got my scooter that it only had one mirror. That was no big deal as it would be a while until I got everything together enough to be able to ride it and there were plenty of them online. Yes, I still intend to change out the crazy fuzes on the battery leads, and yes, I still intend to do a valve check and adjustment. It’ll get done evenutally… [...] OK, so we left off with the bike starting and running while connected to jump leads from my car. First thing being first, there’s the issue of the battery that came with my scooter. I took it to Walmart and had it tested. They said there were no dead cells and that either distilled water [...] So, I’ve had my V-Star for nearly two years and it’s been a total blast That said, I’ve kept a keen eye on the Salt Lake City Cragislist to see if there might be a deal too good to pass up. That deal finally showed up… I saw an ad for a 2007 scooter with [...] The presents are all wrapped and tagged and it’s late enough that I’m finally about ready for bed, but I wanted to post something here first. Christmas is so much more special this year because of that little girl in pink sitting in Santa’s lap in the picture above. Who am I to turn something like that down? Free food and good looking motorcycles? It is a funny one.
