I’d like to start off this post by thanking everyone for their support in the past week along with their continued understanding when I’m slow to post during times like these. Today (20 February 2010) was largely spent resting up after a stressful week. Aside from that, I helped out Ulises with some technical issues [...] Enough with the stress and strain. Enough with the money problems. Sometimes it seems like most of what money does is create problems, but like I said, I’ve had enough of those. Enough with problems in general. I found this little gem of a video over at Weasel Zippers last night and thought I’d post it myself while I had a few seconds Life’s going pretty well for me lately as I’ve said. Still, some out there may not be quite so fortunate so I figured I’d do here what I [...] No, I’m not talking about some male prostitute or stripper. I’m talking about actual pieces of trees. And you’re probably a felon because of this load of bullshit. It’s bipartisan bullshit that was actually vetoed by then President Bush whose veto was overridden by that circus full of clowns we call Congress. Work went pretty darn well today. I’m feeling quite a bit better today, though I can’t quite figure out why. Sleep’s been a problem off and on and last night was no different. Maybe it was the caffeine, but I seemed to be doing rather well and the calls weren’t all that bad I searched for a song for tonight that felt right. A Buffett song that would fit the mood. There were a few candidates, but this one finally won out. This is a really fun song and yet another that I can readily identify with. Some say that I really should be more careful of what I say and around whom I say it, but I just can’t seem to get the hang of doing that I’ve always liked this song from the first time I heard it many years ago in San Diego. I just loved the story line. Jimmy is one heckuva storyteller after all |
